* Add remote event test for the new MultiActionEvent

* Moved action filtering to the database query level (#12)

* Removed @Param from 'existsByTargetControllerIdAndStatusAndActiveIsTrue'
* Reverted metadata initialization
* Fix hawkBit bot findings
