HSAP 飞书集成（内网开发说明）
架构
- 入站：无 Webhook（飞书云访问不到内网）
- 出站：
tenant_access_token调用 Bitable API 回写记录 - 轮询：
FEISHU_BITABLE_SYNC_INTERVAL_SEC（默认 120s）或POST /api/v1/integrations/feishu/bitable/sync
