feat: HSAP platform v2 — modular navigation, quality review, audit log, world model simulation

Major changes:
- New frontend (platform/web/): Vite + React 18 + TypeScript + Tailwind

- Data catalog with charts (DMS/ADAS/Lane 3-tab view)
- Quality review workflow (标注质检): Good/Fine/Bad scoring with auto-advance
- Audit enhancements: batch operations, rejection categories, Feishu notifications
- Operation audit log (操作日志)
- World model simulation studio (仿真工坊)
- Dataset version management with snapshots and diff
- ADAS 7-class dataset integration (138K images organized + compressed)
- User management with Feishu integration and pagination
- CRUD/search/filter on all pages, card layout redesign
- PIL-optimized image overlay rendering
- Auto-snapshot on build, in_review workflow stage
- Removed embedded algorithm code (now in workspace)

+# 飞书多维表格 → HSAP 开发交接单
+
+运维/协调员填好后交给开发写入 `HSAP/manifests/feishu.env`（勿提交含密钥的 feishu.env 到 git）。
+
+## 从 URL 截取（最快）
+
+在电脑浏览器打开 **「HSAP数据批次台账」** 多维表格，看地址栏，形态类似：

+- **TABLE_ID** → 填 `FEISHU_BITABLE_TABLE_ID`（`table=` 后面、`&` 前面，以 `tbl` 开头）

+**表只在知识库（wiki）里、没有 `/base/` 链接时：**
+
+- **WIKI 节点** → 填 `FEISHU_BITABLE_WIKI_NODE_TOKEN`（`/wiki/` 后面、`?` 前面，如 `SFvfwCqskiWM0Jk0VfPcdtkun9c`）  
+- `FEISHU_BITABLE_APP_TOKEN` 留空；HSAP 会用 wiki API 解析出真正的 Basc `obj_token`
